Our orchard is limited in size, and we only grow so much fruit. Due to INCREDIBLE demand and our limited supply, we sell out of most varieties VERY QUICKLY once they are released. 

Pre-orders for Cherries typically begin in October, and Stonefruit in November (for the 2025 season). To ensure fairness, we release our fruit in stages, giving more customers a chance to place an order.

Unfortunately, we are STRICTLY unable to accept orders before our official release dates. We encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed and order immediately once we open for pre-orders. 

We are sorry to hear that there is a problem with your order. Don't worry. Please allow us to find a solution to remedy this for you. In order to make a claim, please fill in a claims form here and allow up to 3 business days for us to process it. Please be patient over the holiday period especially - we promise we will get back to you. 

We send all of our orders via the below dispatch options.

1) Dispatched when ready (specific varieties)
2) Dispatched ASAP (in season / dry goods)
3) Dispatched on a specific date (in season only)
4) Subscriptions which are sent every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks (as per your selection)

Depending on what you have ordered, will depend on when we can dispatch it.
